Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and crown2u8 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs your use of all services, products, websites and applications operated by crown2u8.

By accessing, browsing, registering or using any part of the crown2u8 platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Eligibility and Registration

Account Information

Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. This period may vary depending on transaction volume and the verification required. crown2u8 does not charge any internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Payments through third parties are not accepted and may result in funds being returned or the account being frozen.

crown2u8 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal. This is part of standard fraud prevention procedures to protect all members.

Bonuses and Promotions

crown2u8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit value up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus requires a 10x rollover of the bonus amount received before a withdrawal is allowed.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on betting activity and member loyalty to the crown2u8 platform. Tier upgrades are at the platform's discretion.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• crown2u8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse
• Players who use multi-account betting strategies to obtain bonuses will forfeit their entitlements
• All bonus claims are subject to the absolute discretion of crown2u8

Betting Rules

All bets placed through the crown2u8 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet details are accurate before confirmation.

• Bets placed during system outages or technical errors may be voided at crown2u8's discretion
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — the price applied is the price at the time of confirmation
• crown2u8 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet that appears suspicious or is linked to market manipulation
• The use of bots, automated software or any other manipulative methods is strictly prohibited
• Bets placed using funds obtained illegally will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities

Responsible Gambling

Account Closure and Termination

• There is evidence of fraud, manipulation or illegal activity
• The member breaches any provision of these Terms
• There is suspicion of money laundering or terrorism financing
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading
• The member is found to be under the minimum age of 21

In cases of fraud or serious breach, crown2u8 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete and to report the case to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

crown2u8 and its associated companies will not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from use of the platform, including:

• Service interruptions or downtime beyond our control
• Losses resulting from a member's own betting decisions
• Unauthorised access to an account due to a member's negligence
• Processing delays caused by banks or payment providers
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances

All games and betting functions are provided "as is". crown2u8 makes no guarantees regarding profits or betting outcomes.

Applicable Law

crown2u8 operates under a recognised international licence. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws under that licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an arbitration body designated by the licensing authority.

Amendments to These Terms
